Delivery delay

Minnet offers delivery by Chronopost (La Poste) and Mondial relay.

Our team does everything possible to deliver your order to La Poste in less than 72 hours , from Monday to Friday (excluding health crises, etc.).

The indicative delivery time is then 48 to 72 hours (deadlines noted for deliveries in France), from the date of shipment .

Once your order is placed on Minnet, you will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. The package will be delivered to the address indicated when ordering. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products have left Minnet's premises. In the event of damage during transport, a reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are only given as an indication (on average 48 hours); if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the customer reimbursed.

Shipping fees

On Minnet the shipping costs are simple and clear: delivery is free in mainland France (Corsica included). For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated when ordering.

Withdrawal and return of products

Under article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 (fourteen) days from delivery of your order to return your products in order to make an exchange or refund, without penalties, at the 'except for return costs. However, only products returned in perfect condition in their original packaging accompanied by the documents provided can be refunded.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Minnet will reimburse all sums paid by the customer. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the return.
